We operate on a schedule, so we kindly ask that you notify your stylist as soon as possible if you are running late or are unable to make your appointment. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate the original service booking. However, if time is limited, we will adjust the service to fit the time available.
We stand behind our color services. If any adjustments are needed, please book a follow-up appointment with your stylist within 2 weeks of your original appointment.
We do not offer refunds on services provided. If you are unsatisfied, we are happy to address your concerns and make corrections as needed within 2 weeks of your original appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time will require a credit card to hold your next booking.
If you do not cancel or attend your appointment, a credit card will be required to book future services. Additionally, half of the projected service charge may be applied to cover the missed appointment.
Your satisfaction with our products is important to us. If you are unsatisfied with a product purchase and at least 3/4 of the product remains unused, we will gladly offer an exchange.
