Salon Policies

We do operate on a schedule, please inform your stylist if you are running late to your appointment or if something happens and you are unable to make it. If you are late to your appointment, we will do our best to keep the original service booking, however if not enough time is available we will do what is possible for the time allotted.   

Color guarantee for all color services, please book an appointment with the service provider within 2 weeks of original appointment. 

Cancellation Policy, within 24 hours of appointment time, or next appointment will require a credit card to hold appointment. 

No Show Policy, credit card is required for next appointment. Half of the projected service charge may be charged if guest does not cancel or arrive for appointment.
